The website lists the approximate wait time for each product. Estimated lead periods for standard goods vary from 1-2 days to 10-14 days. Lead periods for custom products may be considerably longer.

In the unlikely event that the object you ordered is out of stock, we would need a 28-day window for shipping and would let you know right away via email or phone. We regretfully do not permit any additional compensation for delayed dispatch of products.

Please be aware that if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order may be left without a signature in a secure location or with a neighbour due to the ongoing COVID19 situation, protecting both our customers and our courier drivers. Once your purchase has been dispatched, you may change your delivery preferences for some of our courier services.

The delivery options for UK customers are listed in the accompanying table. The delivery timeframes (Next Day, Saturday, etc.) only apply after the product’s lead time has passed. For instance, if you buy a product with a 3-5 day lead time on a Thursday and request Saturday delivery, this will happen on the following Saturday.

International Delivery including Europe, USA and the Rest of the World

Due to ongoing Brexit-related changes and possible delays anticipated at the shipping ports, which could affect delivery lead times and fulfilling orders, we have temporarily halted deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World.

Please check our website for updates on when we will resume shipping to these foreign locations as we don’t anticipate suspending these shipping/delivery locations for very long.

Any international orders that have already been made and are in the process of being shipped to your international delivery location and have a lead time for delivery will be honoured and dispatched on the lead time specified when you placed the order.

Please be aware that international deliveries are sent with no duties charged (DDU). This means that any local taxes, import duties, and clearance fees that may be assessed at the time of transaction are the responsibility of the recipient. We will get in touch with you directly via the contact information given if there are any problems with your order as it is currently being processed.
